โš  About the coded & drug meanings

These come from public safety guidance, chiefly the U.S. DEA's Emoji Drug Code and child-safety services. The DEA's own caution applies: an emoji on its own is not evidence of anything โ€” it only matters alongside a real change in behavior, money, or secrecy. The same picture is innocent in the overwhelming majority of messages.

Likewise, symbols flagged Use caution (e.g. ๐Ÿ‘Œ, ๐Ÿ’ฏ) are hate-adjacent only in specific contexts. The ADL itself stresses that context โ€” never the symbol alone โ€” signals intent.
